When I was a child, my parents, uncle, aunt, 3 cousins, 2 sisters and I frequently took trips to the beach. I remember loving every second of it. Especially when we would go crabbing and fishing! Even now, if I close my eyes, I can smell the salty air and hear how the waves, that seemed so big at the time, would come rolling and crashing to the shore.
All the memories that I hold so close from my childhood have played a large part in shaping the values that I have now as an adult – from the little things like being on time, to other important character traits like being kind and treating people the way you want to be treated.
I am thankful for the fact that I get to fully walk out my values at Credential Leasing & Finance. Especially when it comes to the way we treat our customers. In my role as the administrative assistant, I get to interact with people on a consistent basis.
Of my 25 years at Credential, what I treasure most, are my long-standing relationships with customers. At some jobs, there is a chasm between employees and consumers. However, at Credential, customers often turn into friends that stay with us for many, many years.
I’ve seen customers hit defining life markers as the years go by. It’s incredible to think that in different ways, our team at Credential gets to be a part of those moments.
My goal is to not only provide our people with the best financing and leasing options but to make meaningful connections as well. Because when it comes down to it… what are we without the other people in our lives?
So, whether I’m taking a long walk, playing tennis, riding an elephant (long story…but yes, I have ridden an elephant before) or taking another phone call from one of my favorite customers, my hope is that I am friendly and helpful to whoever I encounter along the way!
